Enrollment Dates

Enrollment for the 2017/2018 school year is May 1 – August 1.

Late enrollment fees will apply after August 1.

Year-Round Enrollment

SailAway accepts year-round enrollment.

If you would like to enroll for the remainder of the 2016/2017 school year, please contact us prior to submitting the online application to discuss your circumstances.

Your student should stay enrolled at his/her previous school until you receive a Confirmation of Enrollment from us.

Transfers

Each public and private school has specific policies regarding the acceptance of homeschool credit. If your student transfers from SailAway to a public or private school, that school may require placement tests to determine grade level or credit acceptance.  

 

 

 

Enrollment

Your student should stay enrolled at his/her previous school until you receive a Confirmation of Enrollment from us.

Enrollment must be completed by the parent/guardian.

Parent/guardians must have a high school diploma or GED.

Since email is our primary means of communication to our families, it is necessary for at least one parent/guardian to haveĀ an email address that is checked regularly.

Re-enrollment must be done during the re-enrollment period which is May 1 – August 1 in order to avoid late enrollment fees and/or truancy.

SailAway may deny re-enrollment based on overdue balances or failure to report grades and attendance.

The application fee and enrollment fee are nonrefundable. If you have questions regarding your student’s enrollment, or if you’re not sure SailAway would be a good fit for your family, please contact us at 865-376-7005 prior to completing the online application.
