About the Wreaths
The wreaths are made especially for us using only the finest quality and freshest greenery from the mountains of North Carolina. Each wreath is handmade from fresh Fraser Fir with a florist-quality bow of weatherproof red ribbon. They are approximately 24” across and are the perfect size for a door.
History of Christmas Wreaths
The Christmas wreath is used to symbolize Christ. The circular shape represents eternity or never-ending life.
Why Fraser Fir?
Fraser Fir is considered the “Cadillac” of firs for Christmas greenery. It was developed to hold its needles and color longer than other evergreens.
How to Care for Your Wreath
These simple steps will help keep your wreath fresh through the holidays:
- Keep you wreath away from direct heat. Wreaths like cool, moist weather.
- Place on an outside door; however, do not place between storm door and exterior door.
- If you display your wreath indoors, keep it moist for longer life. Do not place near an active fireplace.
- To save the bow, remove wires from back of wreath, and then stuff each loop with balls of paper. Lay bow with tails either rolled or flat in covered area to keep dust away. The bow can last for several years.
